Decomposing Haut/Haut is an interactive installation and evolution of the original project Haut/Haut. It explores agar-based bioplastic as an alternative to synthetics, inviting a more sensitive approach to materials. Similar to human skin, the material ages, discolours, and dissolves—this ongoing transformation is also mirrored in the work itself. Videos of the original object are shown alongside touch-sensitive fragments that trigger sound, turning the act of touching into a dialogue.
