| City Soundscape unfolds as a geometric body composed of twelve hexagonal facets. These facets are enclosed in a black framework. Each hexagonal surface is derived from the material conditions of its corresponding location, translating spatial characteristics into a tactile and visual language. As viewers place their hands upon the surfaces, they can deeper explore the acoustic dimension. The field recordings respond to proximity, increasing in volume as the participant interacts with the work. |
