A modified overhead projector addresses the transitions from analog to digital worlds. By means of an LCD panel, a retired overhead projector is transformed into a digital projector. By hiding the technology, the digitalization of the overhead projector only becomes visible on closer inspection. The projection shows an old common school practice of teaching with an overhead projector, where a script is laid out for transcription and hand-marked to it. The work deals with inertial changes in rapid technical changes and presents the human being as a creature of habit in the face of constant change.
