It's easier to process things in words. To pick up a pen and paper and express everything that no longer has a place in your head. It gives you structure and a certain power over them. You can look at them from a different perspective, it can give you the distance to process them and understand them better.
Escape is a very personal artwork, it shows an outbreak from a feeling, from an emptiness. It's an installation about a life period, about hurting and loving. The artist developed the installation out of a journal she wrote some time ago.
